(More customer reviews)I would love to have attended the Culinary Institute of America. However, that didn't happen. So, the next best thing was to try one of their sauce pans. It was more expensive than most similar pans but, worth every cent. It has perfect balance, weight and heat distribution. After using this saucepan I now plan to replace most of my cooking pots and pans with CIA products (I am also planning on winning the lottery). If you love to cook you will love this saucepan.
