I like to purchase pots and pans "open stock" so I don't get pots I don't use. The 3.5 Qt pot is a workhorse in my kitchen. I use it everyday. It heats evenly, and the handle stays cool. It's not only functional and durable, it's beautiful as well. It cleans up easily with Bar Keepers Friend. I highly recommend All Clad cookware.
