(More customer reviews)This pan looks very high quality and beautiful. But, beyond it looking I am very satisfied by the way it conducts heat. I am an engineer and ordered it to do scientific experiments so I wanted a pan that can conduct heat evenly. After searching around, I bought this item. Before I use it for my scientific experiments, I had to check to make sure it will indeeed conduct heat evenly. My testing results indicated that this one is very good. The heat at different spots is uniform. I have not used it for baking. But I am thinking about buying one for my home. It is worth the money.
