(More customer reviews)I prefer to cook on stainless steel. These cookie sheets have not and should not warp with use. I love these cookie sheets so much I have three. Since I use parchment paper when baking cookies, I don't wash these pans with every use. With a # 40 size portioning scoop, I can easily fit fifteen chocolate chip cookies on a sheet without the cookies touching. Because these cookie sheets are clad aluminum, they retain heat longer than a plain aluminum sheet. So once I get my cookies out of the oven, I slide the entire parchment paper full of cookies onto my CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel (otherwise, the cookies will over bake).
PROS:
Something that is still Made in The USA.
The sheets are very stiff and doesn't warp or bend.
CONS:
Expensive but it is real All Clad stainless steel clad aluminum.
The cookie sheets retain heat longer than a conventional aluminum sheet so get those cookies onto a CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel as soon as possible. Slide the parchment paper and cookies onto a cooling rack makes transferring the cookies to cool easy.
