What we needed was a great value and fair price and induction compatible pan because we were planning to install an induction stove. Came across this pan and did a little research, seemed like it has everything we looking for, and it turned out to be a great choice. Not only the bottom of this made of triple layer metal, the sides are too. Most other cookware of the similar price, the sides are thin, only one layer of steel. We love the stainless steel handle, it stays cool during cooking and very comfortable to hold in hand. There are not a lot cookware offers these features, MultiClad Pro (MultiClad is not induction compatible, it has to be MultiClad Pro) and All Clad, maybe a few more? We will for sure buy more of this whole clad cookware after remodeling our cooktop.
