(More customer reviews)I received this set of nonstick skillets as a Christmas gift from my husband. I'm very pleased with them. I only use my nonstick pans for cooking eggs, and these have performed very well. The nonstick surface is quite slick and smooth, which helps eggs release with ease. I hand wash them when necessary but usually a quick wipe with a paper towel after cooking does the job.
The only reason I didn't give these five stars is because of the handles. They are shaped differently from all other Emerilware handles, and they can be a bit uncomfortable to hold. You can spend more for the Emerilware pans with the standard (better, more comfortable) handles, but they would need to be purchased separately, not as a set. Although I prefer the standard handles, I decided to ask for this set when it went on sale at our local department store. Since I only use these pans for eggs and don't really use the handles that much in the process, the savings was worth the small compromise. If I used them more often though, I would definitely want the better handles.
