(More customer reviews)This saute' pan is all I expected (and I expected a lot since I know some about the CIA) ... and MORE! We have prepared MANY things in this pan in the short time we have had it and it makes me want to buy MORE of their products. I purchased this pan to replace a pan that I bought for my wife about 30 years ago. It was her favorite pan, so I had a lot "to live up to". The previous pan got destroyed when our glass top stove burner went "Super Nova" and caused the (Then "State of the art") copper spreader plate ("Core")to peel off in layers. THIS NEW PAN has these multi cores WITHIN the PAN! Two different kinds of Stainless Steel "sandwich" these cores together AND in THIS PAN the cores go all the way up the sides, not just the bottom! I love this pan, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, my WIFE loves this pan! By the way I am a Department of Health, Food Facility Environmental Specialist (some say a "Health Inspector) for over 36 YEARS! I know a bit more about pans than the average person.
