This is very "energy conservation." Looks beautiful. Takes a few minutes to clean. Use "Bar Keepers Friend" product to clean inside and outside of pan and lid for professional/restaurant chef appearance. This is the best. No doubt. A prize. Get it if you have the money. You will have no regrets. You will be pleased and proud of your decision to purchase it. It will last a lifetime. It could become a family heirloom in time.
