(More customer reviews)I looked at a lot of paella pans for my BGE. They all had handles the protruded out from the pan, which constrained the size of the pan, since it had to fit down inside the cooker. This pan's handles are vertical, which means you can fit more pan into the BGE than the others (I own a large BGE). The downside is it is obscenely expensive so you better like paella a lot *and* own a BGE (which benefits from the vertical handles). The upside is it is All-Clad -which are incredibly great pans and will become a family heirloom.
